SPIN: A challenging cardio workout. Classes combine resistance and speed intervals to build endurance, strengthen legs, and boost overall fitness- all in a supportive, low-impact format.

*RHYTHM VS CLASSIC: Rhythm cycling rides to the beat with fun choreography and full body moves. Classic sticks to basics- sprints, hills, and intervals- power and endurance!
Intro to Spin: Learn the essentials of spin at an easy-to-follow pace designed to build confidence and comfort.
SCULPT: A mat based, body-toning workout that combines controlled strength moves with dynamic flows. It targets your core and major muscle groups to build strength, stability, and definition- all while being low-impact.

STRETCH: A gentle, guided class focused on mobility and recovery. Perfect for easing sore muscles, improving flexibility, and helping your body fell restored.
Tuesday 6:15PM (alternates every other week with Mat Pilates)
MAT PILATES: A full body work out that builds core strength, flexibility, and balance with precise, low‑impact movements with little to no equipment. We focus on alignment, breath, and scalable modifications so beginners and experienced movers get a safe, effective workout that eases pain, improves posture, and boosts everyday mobility.
